The Disciples of the Owaisi Qadari Qalandari Order

Our Spiritual Identity and Mission

We are the humble disciples of the sacred Owaisi Qadari Qalandari Order, a spiritual lineage that traces its foundation through the blessed soul of Hadrat Peer Muhammad Bashir Ahmad Alvi Al-Owaisi Qadari Qalandari Panjtani Daimi-al-Huzoori (Noor Allah Marqadah). Our order stands as a radiant beacon of divine love, spiritual illumination, and unwavering devotion to the Panjtan Paak—the Five Holy Personalities who represent the very essence of creation and divine manifestation.

The Panjtan Paak: The First Creation of Divine Light

At the heart of our spiritual tradition lies the profound and luminous belief that Almighty Allah, in His infinite wisdom and mercy, first created the Five Holy Personalities from His own Divine Light (Noor) before any other creation came into existence . This truth has been transmitted through the ages by the great saints and scholars of Islam, and it forms the cornerstone of our spiritual understanding and devotion.

The Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) himself declared: “The Almighty Allah created me, Ali, Fatima, Hasan, and Husain before creating Adam when there was neither Paradise nor Hell” . This blessed statement affirms the pre-eternal existence of the Panjtan Paak as the first and most honored creation of Allah, brought forth from His Divine Light to serve as the means through which all of creation would come into being.

The traditions further elucidate that when Allah intended to create these holy personalities, He first created a Word, then a Light from that Word, and then another Word and a Spirit. He then amalgamated that Noor with the Spirit and from this blessed combination created Ali, Fatima, Hasan, and Husain . All of them were engaged in reciting Allah’s greatness and praise, describing His Glory and Praise at a time when no other creation existed to do so.

The Divine Light and Its Manifestations

The Noor of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) holds a unique and exalted position in our spiritual tradition. It is narrated that the Holy Prophet said: “O Jabir! Allah created the Noor of your Nabi before all other creatures” . This prophetic statement establishes that the light of Muhammad was the very first creation, and from this blessed light, the entire universe was brought into existence.

When Allah desired to create the whole of creation, He bifurcated the Noor of Prophet Muhammad and created the Arsh (Throne) from it. Thus, the Arsh is from the Prophet’s Noor, and the Prophet’s Noor is from Allah’s Noor, making the Prophet’s Noor greater than the Arsh . This demonstrates the supreme status of the Holy Prophet in the divine scheme of creation.

Similarly, the Noor of Ali (peace be upon him) was used to create the angels, establishing Ali’s superiority over the angelic realm. The Noor of Fatima (peace be upon her) gave rise to the heavens and the earth, while the Noors of Hasan and Husain (peace be upon them) created the sun, moon, paradise, and heavenly maidens . Thus, the entire cosmos is a manifestation of the Divine Light that first appeared in the form of the Panjtan Paak.

The Owaisi Tradition: Spiritual Transmission Without Physical Meeting

Our order bears the blessed name “Owaisi,” which refers to a unique and profound form of spiritual transmission in Islamic mysticism. The Uwaisi transmission occurs when the spirits of righteous believers and saints meet in the spiritual realm called ‘alam al-arwaah (the world of spirits), which transcends the material plane . This form of spiritual connection is named after Hazrat Owais al-Qarani, who never physically met the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) yet was fully aware of his spiritual presence and received direct spiritual instruction from him .

This spiritual transmission is considered as powerful and effective as physical disciple-master relationships . The sign of Allah’s favor on His servant is to authorize one of His saints to uplift that servant to the Divine Presence. Many saints who came in previous times were guides for those who came after through this spiritual connection, demonstrating that the Uwaisi link transcends the limitations of time and physical presence .

The Qadari and Qalandari Traditions

The Qadari aspect of our order connects us to the great spiritual legacy of Abdul Qadir Jilani (may Allah sanctify his secret), one of the most revered saints in Islamic history. The Qalandari tradition, meanwhile, represents a path of spiritual abandonment and complete detachment from worldly concerns, embodied by the great Qalandar saints who dedicated themselves entirely to divine love .

Our founder, Hadrat Peer Muhammad Bashir Ahmad Alvi, synthesized these profound spiritual traditions into a unified path that leads seekers to the highest stations of divine proximity and spiritual realization. The Qalandari tariqa, which he was divinely ordered to adopt, represents the pinnacle of spiritual freedom and complete submission to divine will .

The Panjtan Paak Muwwadat Foundation: Spreading the Message of Love

The Panjtan Paak Muwwadat Foundation, which we operate through our Facebook presence, serves as a platform to highlight the dignity, sanctity, and exalted status of the Five Holy Personalities. Through this foundation, we strive to spread the message of love, devotion, and spiritual connection that the Panjtan Paak represent.

The foundation works to promote the understanding that the Panjtan Paak are the first and foremost creation of Allah, the means through which the divine light manifests in the world, and the ultimate exemplars of spiritual perfection. Their dignity must be upheld, their sanctity must be protected, and their status must be recognized by all who seek the path of divine love and spiritual realization.

Our Spiritual Commitment

As disciples of the Owaisi Qadari Qalandari Order, we commit ourselves to:

  1. Profound Love for the Panjtan Paak: Our hearts are filled with unwavering love and devotion for the Holy Prophet Muhammad, Ali, Fatima, Hasan, and Husain (peace be upon them all). We recognize them as the first creation, the manifestation of divine light, and the means through which Allah’s mercy flows to all creation.
  2. Spiritual Transmission: We honor the Uwaisi tradition of spiritual connection that transcends physical meeting and acknowledges the reality of spiritual transmission from the saints to those who seek the divine path.
  3. Qalandari Detachment: We strive to embody the Qalandari spirit of complete detachment from worldly concerns and total absorption in divine love and remembrance.
  4. Service and Guidance: Through the Panjtan Paak Muwwadat Foundation, we work to guide seekers to the truth and to uphold the dignity and sanctity of the Panjtan Paak in all our endeavors.
  5. Preservation of Tradition: We maintain and transmit the spiritual teachings and practices of our blessed founder and the great saints of our order, ensuring that the light of this sacred path continues to illuminate the hearts of seekers for generations to come.

The Owaisi Qadari Qalandari Order, founded by Hadrat Peer Muhammad Bashir Ahmad Alvi Al-Owaisi Qadari Qalandari Panjtani Daimi-al-Huzoori (Noor Allah Marqadah), stands as a testament to the enduring power of divine love and spiritual transmission. Through our devotion to the Panjtan Paak—the first creation of Almighty Allah out of His Divine Light—we seek to walk the path of spiritual perfection and to guide others toward the same divine goal.

The Panjtan Paak Muwwadat Foundation, as our platform for spreading this message, works tirelessly to highlight the dignity and sanctity of these five holy personalities, whose light illuminates the entire universe and whose love is the key to divine proximity. May Allah bless our efforts and enable us to serve as worthy representatives of this blessed spiritual tradition, and may the light of the Panjtan Paak continue to guide us on the path of love, devotion, and spiritual realization until we attain the eternal union with the Divine.
